Security is a top priority for us. Our security covers all your transactions. We exercise great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your Internet connection to our servers.
Delivery charges
Normal delivery charges are: £2.95 for each order to be delivered to a UK address, and £6.95 for international orders. However, we regularly offer free delivery in our promotions.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible. In normal circumstances it will take approximately 7 - 10 working days for delivery within UK. Overseas delivery times will vary and you should allow up to 28 days for delivery. In many cases, however, delivery times may be quicker than quoted above.
Changing an Order
At any given time if you need to make any amendments to your order, prior to its despatch from our warehouse, kindly contact our Customer Care Department on :

If the alteration does not require your credit card number, you could e-mail the details to us at info@goldshield.co.uk
Please include the order number or your customer number to ensure accuracy.
Goods lost in transit
Any goods that have been lost in transit will be replaced at no extra cost if you notify our Customer Care Department.
Damaged goods
We will replace at no extra cost any goods received damaged, if you notify our Customer Care Department.
Returns Policy
Returning merchandise is easy. On the rare occasion that you are not satisfied with our product, kindly call our Customer Care Executive on 0808 168 0712.
Please send the unused bottles or packs to us within 30 days at the following address:
